Registration for the 4-H Entrepreneur Booth during Texas 4-H Roundup will open on Monday, February 16th through 4HOnline at 8:00 pm. Registration will close on April 15 or whenever registration is FULL, whichever comes first. We will have a process for capturing a waiting list should the event sell out.
The 4-H Entrepreneur Booth offers 4-H members an opportunity to showcase, market, and sell their business products or services during the Texas 4-H Roundup Trade Show. Exhibitors will gain real-world experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, customer interaction, and sales.

Location: Texas 4-H Roundup Trade Show — Reed Arena at Texas A&M University, College Station, TX
Who Can Participate
Open to all Texas 4-H members with a business or entrepreneurial venture.
Participants must be accompanied by an event registered chaperone.
Booth Space & Pricing
Each booth space is approximately 8’ x 10’ and includes a 6-foot table, two chairs and electricity if required.
SPACE IF LIMITED FOR THE 2026 TEXAS 4-H TRADE SHOW SO WE ARE OFFERING TWO OPTIONS: All Week or Day Only passes!
IF SELECTING ALL WEEK THIS MEANS THAT YOUR BOOTH WILL BE OPEN FROM 1:00 - 7:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
***IMPORTANT*** IF YOU SELECT ALL WEEK AND A DAY OPTION, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE RETURNED!!!
If you do not wish to be open all week, then select 1 to 2 of the day only options. Booths will be open from 1:00 - 7:00 pm. If you decide to open earlier than 1:00 pm that will be your choice, but the required hours will be 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Some of the other merchant vendors are selecting to open their stores at 10:00 am to catch some of the morning contest traffic.
Choose one of the following booth registration options: You can select a single day only or all week. If all week, we would expect the booth to be opened for customers and manned all week.
All Week - $40 (7 available)
Tuesday Only - $15 (5 available)
Wednesday Only - $15 (5 available)
Thursday Only - $15 (5 available)
Registration Steps
Complete the Entrepreneur Booth Registration through 4HOnline. Include exhibitor name, business name, website is applicable, chaperone info, and product/service description (50 words or less)
Pay Booth Fee — Payment is required to secure your space. Your booth is not secured until your registration is in Pending status. Any incomplete booths will be deleted so not to hold up registration of others due to the limitation of booth space.
Event Registration — All participants and a chaperone must ALSO register for Texas 4-H Roundup via 4HOnline which will open on Monday, April 13th and close on Tuesday, May 5. Those not registered will forgo their booth space (no refund) and we will notify others on our waiting list.
