FAMILY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
4HOnline profiles are family-based, which means every family creates a “master” profile with its own login ID and password. A member file is then created within the family profile for each family member involved in Texas 4-H. A family profile may contain both youth and adults. Use your existing login and password to access your family profile in 4HOnline. If you need assistance accessing your existing family profile, review the steps in the guides provided. If necessary, contact your local county Extension office for assistance. Learn more about family profiles using the guides below.
MEMBER PROFILE MANAGEMENT
A family account may contain both youth and adults members. A member account is then created within the family account for each family member involved in Texas 4-H. Once approved and paid for, a member account will allow an individual to register for events and activities. Learn more about certain member profile processing using the guides below.
4HOnline events have a common structure, access, and registration process. Each district and state 4-H event or activity will have its own registration in 4HOnline. The event registration settings will allow access to only youth or adults who are eligible to participate. 4HOnline events are customized to share and collect information specific to a particular state or district event, contest, or opportunity.
The club manager is given access to view certain fields of information in an Excel format. The download roster button is located on the club manager screen. A volunteer must be approved and paid in order to gain club manager access.
