REQUIREMENTS FOR IMAGES

IMAGES MUST BE OVER 300 DOTS PER INCH (DPI)

• Dots Per Inch is how much ink the printer prints within an inch. 

• Low quality DPI will make a shirt turn out like this

• In the event your image has a low DPI, we will email you and ask you to approve the order and if we need to make changes, we will do so upon your approval.

USER CREATED WORK ONLY!

• We will not print stolen work from other companies or designs not made by you. Example: searching "cowboy" on Etsy or Google and sending a file to us from that search is considered copyright if sold to the public. Items made with unoriginal work CAN BE USED FOR PERSONAL USE! Such as a cup for you or your company.

IMAGES MUST BE PNG WITH A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND

• Images MUST have a transparent background, unless you do not want that. We will contact you if you send a file without a transparent background

• ALL images MUST BE PNG FORMAT! 

• Example of a non-transparent background vs a transparent one.

IMAGES CANNOT HAVE A GRADIENT THAT INTERFERES WITH THE BACKGROUND!

• Make sure to remove your design’s backgrounds completely. If elements are not completely erased from a print file within your graphic design software, it will show up when printed, even if it's 1% visible. For DTG products, we print a white under-base under the design, which helps the print be more saturated against the color of the garment. If your print file has elements not entirely erased, they will show because of the white under-base.  

• Gradients like this are okay.

• Gradients going into the background will not print.

• Do not make radial gradients.

If an image has issues, we will attempt to correct it and email you for approval. If we dont receive a response within 2 days, the order will be cancelled.
