Phase A (Scientific Research Workshop), Phase B (Funding) and Phase C (Publication). The main aim of the incubator is to enrich students passionate about research with the information and steps needed to get their first publication.
It is a three-day workshop with one mentor, two assistants and a maximum of 20 participants. We follow an advanced method of teaching that includes an instant application of the materials explained. Each assistant is assigned to 10 participants to assure their understanding of the materials and tracking their progress in the required tasks and assignments. For instance, they will learn how to write a scientifically correct hypothesis or idea, the role of the assistants is to answer further questions if there are any and to track their developing of the idea. At the end of this phase, participants should be able to write a proposal describing their ideas. These proposals will be judged by experts and the well-crafted proposals will be supported by the team through other phases. We offer the alumni a closer mentorship into establishing and reinforcing their ideas, so they will have the potential to seek a funding or a host.

In this phase our alumni are supported from Finance Committee within the PR Department to help them seeking funding and hosting opportunities. We have wide relationships with labs in Egypt and funding agencies.

After helping in hosting and funding the project, we also help in the publication phase by offering lectures about the technical writing and also the opportunity to have their manuscript reviewed from experts in the field.
