Teton Wellness is proud to announce a free wellness challenge available to anyone starting Saturday, 8/15 and ending Saturday, 9/12. This challenge will revolve around building healthy habits in 4 different areas of wellness with each area having it's own week. These habits will be chosen by the participants with help from our experienced team of health coaches. Workshops, regular communication from coaches, and support from your peers will help you reach your goals over the 4-weeks. We want to help you build healthy habits one step at a time.
