Withdraw Funds

Before withdrawing funds from your account, please note that a 50-day holding period applies. If you choose to withdraw within this timeframe, you will incur an additional 20% penalty fee on top of the standard 12% withdrawal fee—bringing your total fees to 32%.

To avoid the 20% penalty, you must wait 50 days before withdrawing. This penalty only applies to newly added funds in your trading account.

For example, if you initially deposit $500, it will be subject to a 50-day holding period. If you later add $1,000, that amount will also have its own separate 50-day holding period.

If you receive bonus funds from a dynamic dividend payout or a new member bonus, you can add them to your trading account without incurring any penalty fees. This means you can withdraw them at any time, hassle-free.

NOTE: Please contact Elena(Bonchat) or DSJEX support(Telegram) before initiating your withdrawals.  They will be able to tell you how many more holding days are remaining before you can withdraw your funds without penalty. 

How to ask - Example:

"Hello, I am looking to withdraw $1500 from my DSJEX.  Is my trading volume complete, so I don't incur any penalty?"
