Swe Zin Myint was a primary teacher at Phaung Daw Oo (PDO) monastic school and a teacher trainer/manager at the Monastic Education Development Group in Myanmar.

She completed her B.A. at Mandalay University (Shwebo branch (2005)), and M.Ed at Victoria University (2015), Melbourne. She had first-hand experience of IELTS to pursuit her master degree in Australia. In addition, she has experienced in teaching English to pre- intermediate and intermediate levels.

She delivered IELTS course at Pre-college program (2016) in PDO and for Diploma students who came to study at Australia Catholic University (2017). She is currently living in Melbourne.

Dho Ong Jhaan is a B Ed graduate from the Yangon University of Education. He has taken multiple roles and responsibilities with the Mon National Education Committee, Mote Oo Education, the US Embassy funded English Access Microscholarship Program (Mawlamyine) and several others.

He is also a co-founder and executive director of Nyan Agency for Intellectual Services through which he has been providing teaching English, training and translation services.

He is currently studying modern languages education (M Ed) at the University of Melbourne in Australia, managing Sayar Jhaan Facebook page and YouTube Channel and writing for the DreamEd.
