test IO ("us", "we", or "our") operates "EWORK for Jira" (the "add-on"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the add-on.

We use dedicated server hosting to run our applications. The servers hosting our add-on are located in Germany and comply with the German data privacy act.

Information collection and use

The add-on stores the following data:

• The add-on configuration and mappings between JIRA projects and EWORK products

• The EWORK API token, that relates to your customer account

We do not store any personal data that can be used to identify users of your JIRA instance. 

Data from log files are only accessed to monitor application health and to perform system maintenance.

Data collected during the usage of our add-on will not be shared with third parties, except if required by law.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of April 3, 2023 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
