Launching Monday, October 20, 2025!
Lions on Mission is Little Flock Christian Academy’s annual service and fundraising initiative that brings two powerful elements together: fundraising that strengthens LFCA and community service in the name of Christ.
Over the coming weeks, our students and families will raise funds and serve our community together, learning what it means to follow Jesus by loving and serving others.
How does Lions on Mission work?
Service
Lions on Mission begins with students raising funds that make Service Week possible.
Each class partners with local organizations such as Hillview Adult Day Health Care Center, BeeHive Nursing Home, the Salvation Army, and our local police and fire stations.
These experiences help students live out their faith through acts of service in the community.
Support
After Service Week, any remaining funds strengthen LFCA beyond the annual school budget.
These contributions bless every family by supporting key areas like Financial Aid, Technology, Classroom Support, and Athletics.
Together, these efforts extend the reach and impact of Christian education at Little Flock Christian Academy.

Celebrating students at every level
Individual Rewards: Dress-down passes, treats, and prizes like UofL basketball tickets and Claw Zone gift cards.
Class Rewards: Pajama days, field trips, and parties for top-earning classes.
School-Wide Celebrations: Milestone events like Pie-the-Teacher, Winter Wonderland, Masked Singer, and Carnival Day.

How are Funds Collected?
99Pledges
99Pledges is the secure online platform we use to collect donations for Lions on Mission. Each LFCA family has its own pledge page to share, making it simple for friends and relatives to give securely and support our students’ service efforts. Read more about 99Pledges here.

Answering common questions about Lions on Mission
I didn’t get a 99Pledges email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact the school office to have your link resent.
What if I don’t see a donation credited to my family?
Donations usually appear within 24 hours. If not, reach out to Project Coordinator Ashley Pogue at apogue@lfca.com and we’ll confirm it’s routed correctly.
Can I turn in cash or checks?
Yes. Send them to the school office in a labeled envelope. Staff will add them to your family’s total.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. Little Flock Christian Academy is a 501(c)(3) organization.
What are the fees with 99Pledges?
Donors are charged the exact amount they see on their donation — no extra fees are added. 99Pledges shows an optional tip at checkout to help keep their platform free for schools. This tip can be changed to $0 before completing the gift.
A small portion (about 3%) goes to the credit card company for processing. The rest goes straight to Little Flock Christian Academy.
How will families stay updated throughout the fundraiser?
Weekly emails and social media posts will announce updates throughout the fundraiser.
When does Lions on Mission end?
The campaign concludes on Friday, November 21.
