PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: October 12, 2026
App: Test de Licencia de Conducir
Package / Bundle ID: com.acamue.testlicenciaconduccion
This policy explains how Test de Licencia de Conducir (“the App”) handles information. The App is an independent educational study tool and is not an official government or licensing-authority application.
1. Information stored on your device
The App stores your selected country and exam category, answers, scores, progress, statistics, streaks, study goals, preferences, language, and cached Premium entitlement needed to operate the App. Study progress is generally stored locally on your device and remains until you reset it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
2. Information processed by service providers
The App uses third-party services that may process limited data:
• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): advertising, consent choices, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device information, advertising identifiers (including Apple’s IDFA only when the user authorizes tracking), advertisements viewed, ad interactions, and product interactions.
• Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics: app-instance identifiers, app interactions, usage data, technical diagnostics, crash logs, device and operating-system information, and performance information.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: an app-instance notification token and technical information required to deliver optional notifications.
• RevenueCat, Google Play, and Apple App Store: anonymous app-user identifiers, product identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, renewal or expiration status, country/store information, receipts, and transaction metadata needed to validate and restore Premium access. We do not receive your complete payment-card information.
• Operating-system sharing services: information is shared only when you intentionally use a Share feature and choose a destination.
The App does not require you to create an App account and does not request your name, date of birth, contacts, precise location, photos, or payment-card details as part of normal use. Apple, Google, and other providers may associate information with their own accounts under their respective privacy policies.
2a. Automatic first-country notice
In App versions with the minimal first-country notice, the first confirmation of a study country automatically sends the developer an internal email containing only three information fields: the selected study country, the interface language, and Android or iOS. The selected country is a study preference, not a determination of physical location. The notice does not contain a name, personal email, device model, operating-system version, App version, installation identifier, advertising identifier, purchase details, or study history. Normal email delivery headers and delivery time still exist.
For this notice, "new user" means a first country selection in a new App installation, not a verified unique person. Reinstallation, clearing App data, or another device may create a new installation. Later country changes do not send another notice, and an update does not replay a country already selected. Connectivity and processing limits can prevent delivery; these notices are not an exact count of unique people.
The purpose is to understand demand for study-country and language content and platform support. We rely on our legitimate interest in improving this educational service where that legal basis is applicable, with minimal information, no user profile, no cross-app tracking, limited retry and duplicate-prevention records, and an accessible objection control. This notice is not used to target advertising or make decisions about an individual. Reading or dismissing the information notice is not treated as consent.
The feature is on by default when there is no saved preference. Information and a control to turn it off are available before first country confirmation and subsequently in the App settings. An existing disabled preference is preserved. Turning it off clears the unsent local notice and stops new notices; it does not delete study progress, purchases or a message already delivered. This choice is separate from advertising consent and Apple ATT.
Google Firebase Cloud Functions and Firestore process the notice, and Google Gmail mail services deliver it to the developer's internal mailbox at aplicacionesacamue@gmail.com. A random code for this one notice is used temporarily to prevent duplicate delivery after retries. It is not a persistent installation identifier and is not included in the email body. No ongoing activity, Premium-screen, purchase or restoration events are sent through this minimal notice flow. No hourly user checks are used.
The service infrastructure separately processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. Firebase App Check uses Apple or Google platform attestation and may process technical device information for abuse prevention. We do not describe the whole App or its service providers as anonymous: the other services in section 2 have their own processing described there.
Older App versions may still use the earlier first-party measurement service: a pseudonymous installation identifier, country, language, platform, device and App versions, timestamps, and activity, country-selection, Premium-screen, purchase or restoration events. Older internal notices and aggregate reports can therefore contain more information. The minimal flow replaces that App-side event collection only in versions that include the change; updating the backend does not change an already installed older version. Previously retained records are covered below. These first-party reports are internal and are not public user profiles.
3. Purposes
Information is used to provide study and exam features, save progress, manage Premium access and purchases, validate and restore entitlements, deliver optional notifications, display and measure advertising for free users, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, improve stability and performance, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising, consent, ATT and IDFA
Where required, the App uses Google UMP before requesting ads to obtain or manage advertising consent. On iOS, the App may also display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If the user grants ATT permission, Google Mobile Ads may access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to provide personalized advertising, measure advertising performance, and perform tracking across apps or websites as described by Apple.
If the user denies ATT permission, the App continues to function and ads may still be requested without the IDFA. Ads may be limited or non-personalized depending on the user’s consent choices, region, and platform settings. ATT and UMP choices are separate and can each affect the type of advertising shown.
The App may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, and App Open ads to free users. Premium users do not receive in-app advertising. Where required, “Privacy options” appears in the App drawer so users can review or change UMP choices. ATT permission can be changed in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Information may be disclosed only to the service providers named above as necessary to operate the App, to app stores for purchases, when you intentionally share content, when required by law, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. Advertising identifiers and related advertising data may be shared with Google and advertising partners for ad delivery and measurement only as allowed by user consent and platform settings.
Providers process information under their own policies:

6. Retention
Local study data remains on your device until reset, deletion, or uninstallation. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies, legal requirements, fraud-prevention needs, and account settings. Purchase records may be retained by Google, Apple, and RevenueCat for subscription restoration, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
For the minimal first-country notice, an unsent local notice expires after six days and has at most three transmission attempts. The server temporarily retains the three fields in its delivery queue. After successful SMTP handoff, or a delivery result that must not be retried to avoid duplicates, the message body and those fields are removed from that queue record. A minimal delivery/duplicate-prevention record expires after seven days from acceptance and is removed by bounded cleanup in the existing mail-processing job; removal is not guaranteed at the exact expiry time. Expired unsent notices are not delivered. Platform-level daily volume counters are separate aggregate operational records.
Copies already delivered to the developer's mailbox do not have automatic seven-day deletion. Older first-party event records and report-processing records are also not retroactively deleted by this update, and there is no fixed 90-day automatic deletion schedule for those legacy records. Turning the notice off or uninstalling the App does not automatically delete these existing server records or delivered emails. Privacy requests can be made through the contact route below. We assess access, deletion and objection requests under applicable law and the information available to locate relevant records; please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
7. Your rights and controls
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing and to withdraw consent. You may reset App statistics where the feature is available, clear the App’s storage, uninstall the App, disable notifications in system settings, manage store subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store, and review advertising consent through “Privacy options” when available.
On iOS, you can change ATT permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Purchasing Premium removes in-app advertising but does not itself change device-level privacy settings. For privacy requests, use the developer contact or support link shown on the App’s official store listing: https://acamue.com/soporte
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians may contact us through the support link if they believe a child has provided personal information.
9. International processing and security
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use established providers and reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material updates will be published on this page.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the developer using the contact information on the official Google Play or App Store listing, or visit https://acamue.com/soporte
