PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: August 7, 2026
App: Test de Licencia de Conducir
Package / Bundle ID: com.acamue.testlicenciaconduccion
This policy explains how Test de Licencia de Conducir (“the App”) handles information. The App is an independent educational study tool and is not an official government or licensing-authority application.
1. Information stored on your device
The App stores your selected country and exam category, answers, scores, progress, statistics, streaks, study goals, preferences, language, and cached Premium entitlement needed to operate the App. Study progress is generally stored locally on your device and remains until you reset it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
2. Information processed by service providers
The App uses third-party services that may process limited data:
• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): advertising, consent choices, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device information, advertising identifiers (including Apple’s IDFA only when the user authorizes tracking), advertisements viewed, ad interactions, and product interactions.
• Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics: app-instance identifiers, app interactions, usage data, technical diagnostics, crash logs, device and operating-system information, and performance information.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: an app-instance notification token and technical information required to deliver optional notifications.
• RevenueCat, Google Play, and Apple App Store: anonymous app-user identifiers, product identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, renewal or expiration status, country/store information, receipts, and transaction metadata needed to validate and restore Premium access. We do not receive your complete payment-card information.
• Operating-system sharing services: information is shared only when you intentionally use a Share feature and choose a destination.
The App does not require you to create an App account and does not request your name, date of birth, contacts, precise location, photos, or payment-card details as part of normal use. Apple, Google, and other providers may associate information with their own accounts under their respective privacy policies.
3. Purposes
Information is used to provide study and exam features, save progress, manage Premium access and purchases, validate and restore entitlements, deliver optional notifications, display and measure advertising for free users, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, improve stability and performance, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising, consent, ATT and IDFA
Where required, the App uses Google UMP before requesting ads to obtain or manage advertising consent. On iOS, the App may also display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If the user grants ATT permission, Google Mobile Ads may access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to provide personalized advertising, measure advertising performance, and perform tracking across apps or websites as described by Apple.
If the user denies ATT permission, the App continues to function and ads may still be requested without the IDFA. Ads may be limited or non-personalized depending on the user’s consent choices, region, and platform settings. ATT and UMP choices are separate and can each affect the type of advertising shown.
The App may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, and App Open ads to free users. Premium users do not receive in-app advertising. Where required, “Privacy options” appears in the App drawer so users can review or change UMP choices. ATT permission can be changed in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Information may be disclosed only to the service providers named above as necessary to operate the App, to app stores for purchases, when you intentionally share content, when required by law, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. Advertising identifiers and related advertising data may be shared with Google and advertising partners for ad delivery and measurement only as allowed by user consent and platform settings.
Providers process information under their own policies:

6. Retention
Local study data remains on your device until reset, deletion, or uninstallation. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies, legal requirements, fraud-prevention needs, and account settings. Purchase records may be retained by Google, Apple, and RevenueCat for subscription restoration, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
7. Your rights and controls
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing and to withdraw consent. You may reset App statistics where the feature is available, clear the App’s storage, uninstall the App, disable notifications in system settings, manage store subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store, and review advertising consent through “Privacy options” when available.
On iOS, you can change ATT permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Purchasing Premium removes in-app advertising but does not itself change device-level privacy settings. For privacy requests, use the developer contact or support link shown on the App’s official store listing: https://acamue.com/soporte
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians may contact us through the support link if they believe a child has provided personal information.
9. International processing and security
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use established providers and reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material updates will be published on this page.
