As part of UX Writing Academy, I did a two-month internship with Crezco, an online banking app in the UK. Our task was to transform Crezco’s somewhat confusing and technical terminology and create a set of persuasive and actionable phrases that will name our ubiquitous concepts across the platform.

We performed a content audit, competitor analysis, user interviews and testing to find the best concepts and object names for Crezco’s platform and different user personas.
