Peer Feedback 1:
Peer,
I absolutely love your blog! The layout and pictures are very professional. All of your blog posts cover many aspects in the topic your discussing in a fun, interesting and interactive way.
I really enjoyed reading your blog post “Is the final product more important than the design and production process?”. You cover so many different and relevant aspects in this post including an actual basic design process, an iPhone’s design process and interview from the manufacturer, fascinating quotes and all while throughout sharing your personal opinions.
The numbered design map process you’ve included in your post is really interesting and the fact you followed it up with an image allows for the reader to become more invested in what you’ve got to say.
The apple video is just one brilliant example of the design process that goes behind a product that most of your readers would most likely own and use every day.
The only feedback I can think to give you is maybe having an example of something you’ve made before like this blog or a school assignment and how your design process reflected your final product. Overall, I love your blog and I think it’s a great reflection of what a brilliant teacher you’ll become!
Peer Feedback 2:
Peer, I love your blog. The layout and the pictures are fantastic. I really like the quotes you have used on the home page, they are a true reflection on what a happy and positive person you are!
Some feedback on your week 7 blog post 2: an understanding of how changes in technology impact on the way humans communicate, and the ethical issues that surround these changes.
I really like how you’ve made this post a mix of personal reflection, facts and student’s comments. The fact that your school is choosing for their UOI to be based around technology demonstrates that you really know what you’re talking about and how relevant technology is in the classroom these days.
I think it is fantastic that you’re discussing the ethical issues of technology with your students as it is so important for them to understand the consequences of technology.
Looking forward to your future blogs Miss Turner!
