Besides a decent set of common tools. Following might be necessary:
Pulling the LDU from Tesla requires lifting the car evenly (all 4 tires off the floor) and a way to lower the LDU. See Tesla LDU removal page.
To raise the car: Car lift / crossbeam / jack stands to lift the car safely
To lower the LDU: Small hydraulic table cart / lift / scissor cart / motorcyle jack
2x rubber stopper to seal 3/4" ID coolant hose disconnected from the LDU
For tools necessary for this job, see here and here.
Bearing splitter/puller to pull/press 6208 bearing
1-5/8" socket or equivalent to press against 6208 inner race
SKF socket or wrench to remove/install locknut. Impact + socket can remove without vice. Probably best to install with vice rather than impact.
Couple of aid tools for this job https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/posts/7123529/
2" ID PVC pipe adapter to hammer out seal
2" x 1-1/2" PVC adapter to hammer in seal flush
Make a pair of wood V blocks per Johan's videos. Need bearing splitter/puller and fashion pipes to drive in the new bearings.
Wood V blocks
Bearing splitter/puller
1-1/4 PVC/Galvanized pipe
if inverter is removed for any reason, need 3 guide pins (M6 1.0 threaded shaft) to align fit inverter onto gearbox. Without guide pins, you may lift and crush o-rings when moving and positioning inverter for mounting bolt hole alignments.
