DNA- Toolz
Este programa se realizó con el objeto de manipular secuencias de ADN y Proteínas.
Puede “limpiar” secuencias de ADN y Proteínas; calcular el peso molecular de proteínas; convertir de ADN a ARN; de ADN a proteína; ver la reversa complementaria de una secuencia de ADN o ARN y hacer búsquedas de secuencias especificas entre otras.
El funcionamiento es muy simple, se coloca en la parte superior la secuencia a analizar, se oprime el botón de la función que se quiera analizar y el resultado se muestra en la parte inferior.
This program was carried out for the purpose of manipulating DNA and Protein sequences.
It can "clean" DNA and Protein sequences; calculate the molecular weight of proteins; convert from DNA to RNA; from DNA to protein; see the complementary reverse of a DNA or RNA sequence and search for specific sequences among others.
The operation is very simple, the sequence to be analyzed is placed in the upper part, the button of the function that you want to analyze is pressed, and the result is shown in the lower part.
