    The Southern Isabela College of Arts and Trades Research and Development (SICAT- R&D)  Unit  is the  center of  trained and committed researchers that produces research outputs for  quality TVET delivery. 

MISSION

    SICAT R & D unit commits  to uplift  the lives of  its stakeholders  through innovative research and development.

GOALS

1. To strengthen the research capability of the faculty and staff;

2. To promote and intensify R & D networking with other institutions and agencies;

3.  To support the growth of students researcher;  and

4.  To generate appropriate  industrial technologies.
