Read-a-Thon

TES Read-a-thon 9/25-10/6

This year we have chosen to do a family read of the book Wonder, followed by our family movie based on this book on October 5th. You can rent your copy of this book from our library either by email (tespto@iss.k12.nc.us) or by sending in a note with your child. 

Don't feel like your family or child is ready to take on Wonder? This 32 page picture book will help prepare you for movie night and also check off some of those read-a-thon minutes. Mrs. McMillan (our media specialist) had 9 copies ready to be checked out at our TES library. Send an email to the PTO (tespto@iss.k12.nc.us) or semd in a note with your child. 

Our first family movie night of the year will be Wonder. The movie itself is free, but we offer the ability to purchase meal deals to enjoy at movie night. Each meal deal consits of a slice of pizza, bag of chips, and a drink. Also, as a preorder you have the ability to add on additional slices of pizza. *Please note that additional slices of pizza and meal deals will be extremely limited at the event and not guaranteed.
