She then moved to P&H Solutions in Newton, Massachusetts, where as Senior Vice President of Product and Sales Support, she led the creation of the company’s first internet payment platform. This innovation secured a dominant market position, leading to the company's successful acquisition by ACI Worldwide in 2006.
At ACI Worldwide, Monteith served as Senior Vice President, Solutions Consulting & Sales Support, where she contributed significantly to the company’s global expansion, working in 23 countries and serving customers in 95 countries. Her global expertise solidified her reputation as a leader in international payment solutions.
Following her tenure at ACI, Monteith joined BlueSnap, where she spent 11 years enhancing their Payment Orchestration Platform™. This platform facilitated easier global payment acceptance for B2B and B2C merchants and established a formidable network of more than 30 global banks.
In her current role as an independent Strategic Payments Advisor, Monteith applies her wealth of knowledge to assist fintech investors and companies, like KemKids, in optimizing their payment systems for better performance and customer satisfaction.
Monteith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Minor in Spanish from Florida International University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland.
