Redlands High School Mock Trial

Mock trial is a competition where students simulate a real trial. It is a program that helps develop skills like public speaking, critical thinking, and delivering a persuasive argument. Mock trial gives students the opportunity to learn about the legal system while being part of a collaborative team. There are a variety of roles to learn including attorneys, witnesses, and bailiff. Students compete in a tournament against other mock trial teams in the area and the winner represents the county at the state competition in the spring. Mock trial is a fun, competitive way to learn about the legal system, be part of a team, and develop new skills.
