Question-based readings have to be paid in advance before any question is answered. You can ask all questions at once or as we go along. Follow-up questions to a main question do not count as a question asked if it is meant for clarity purposes. However, a question where the topic is required to change in order to answer/involves a turning point question to be answered will qualify as a question asked. Please note that approved sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you wish to cancel a session, you need to do so within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Because sessions are non-refunable; an alternative date has to be made. Alternatively, questions to the value of the session amount (please see question-based price list) can also be booked in advance.
