Excellent service. Had an old photo of my wife as a young child which had got torn battered and faded. Terri saved and restored it miraculously. She also expertly spliced it with a photo of myself at the same age. Presented it for her birthday and she was delighted.

Ordered two hedgehog coasters Thursday the 10th of February. In a couple of minutes the invoice arrived. Sent the money by bank transfer. Receipt arrived soon after also proof of postage. Not needed but very good. The two coasters arrived today Friday the 11th. All as described. Excellent service.

Having lost my Mum earlier this year, I wanted to create a portrait of her life that I could frame and put on my bedroom wall. Terri was able to take my four chosen colour and b/w photos (dating back to the1940s right through to just before she died) and improve them such that all four were of consistent quality in b/w in a single white mount, ready for framing. I’m so pleased with the result - it is just what I had in mind. Throughout, Terri was enthusiastic, sensitive, and made helpful suggestions to achieve the effect I was looking for. I would recommend Terri to anyone wishing to have any bespoke photographic work carried out. We’re so lucky to have her talent available in Mylor Bridge.

Terri first restored a very old, indistinct and damaged family photo for me over three years ago, bringing it back to life and preserving it for future generations. Brilliant. Then I set her an altogether more challenging and long, drawn out project restoring, enhancing and preparing a photo of Rhoda Mary for etching, from digital versions for which the original couldn't be found. She not only recreated the picture in an etchable format, but liaised and introduced me to others who helped the community project, exhibiting endless patience over more than two years. Thanks Terri

Terri was absolutely fantastic. Having left myself 36 hours to find someone who could take a 75 year old photo that was somewhat faded / damaged, and bring it back to life in time for my wife’s birthday, I found Terri... I need it in 2 days time!!! ‘ No problem’ said Terri. Can you do it this size ?? No problem said Terri. There was a running theme here... everything was ‘no problem’ 48 hours later, after a quick dash back to see Terri who solved a problem I had thrown up, my photo was done. My wife loved it. I contacted Terri as I found two very old photographs that are barely visible they are that dark in a box belonging to my family. I wasn't expecting her to be able to do much with them as they are both also very small. How wrong I was, I have picked them up today and couldn't be happier with them. Terri has done a marvellous job and now I have two very special photos to treasure. Highly recommended.

I found Terri via a Google search and contacted her to restore an aerial photograph that was left in a conservatory and had faded considerably.
Terri was great. She discussed what could be done with it and kept me informed through the whole process.
She also advised on frame size and mount. I provided the frame and she sorted everything.
I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting photo restoration.

I recently organised a Murder Mystery Evening at an historic Manor House. Terri Waters organised unique posters and tickets which certainly expressed her extensive and creative skills.
She produced an atmospheric design of the Manor House by moonlight, incorporating other objects depicting a murder scene. Her colouring was superb and her eye catching posters proved a talking point.
Terri is well known for her excellent working relationship with her clients. She listens to the client, speedily producing a first draft developing to a final proof in short time.
I would certainly highly recommend Terri

I have been to Terri today for a lesson in how to set up and use my new camera! She is a great teacher and was very patient with me ! I learnt so much and hope now I can take some great photos with an awful lot of practice ! Terri also taught me about setting up files on my laptop !
