Although I do not bill insurance companies directly, some insurance policies do include reimbursement for massage therapy up to a certain number of sessions or a dollar amount. Check your policy to see if this is the case and I have a form with my signature and license number that I can provide so that you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please let me know if you intend to submit the form before your massage and make sure to pay with a credit card (so that there is an electronic record of the transaction).
