Since the 1990s, founder Sandro Ruoch had been composing songs while he was studying Law in the interior of São Paulo, some of which he performed at concerts and also when he was the lead singer of some cover bands.
Returning to Santos, around 2008, and reuniting with childhood friend Geraldo Moura, a drummer, they started the Sonorvs project to record their own songs in the studio, together with other guest musicians.
After some comings and goings, guitarist and composer Rafael Alberto and drummer Claudiney joined the project, consummating the album Sonorvs in 2012. After that, the group dissolved, each one going their own way. Around 2016, together with Rogerio Marra and Antonio Marcos, they composed the album Terrakios- The Terra Song, recorded live at the Dakota studio in 2017 with the participation of sound engineer Caio Ribeiro.
The name Terrakios ended up being the one that best fit the spirit of the work, being from 2020 onwards the one adopted for the group when performing and for the dissemination of the recorded authorial phonograms, now re-published in 2 finished albums (Sonorvs and Rock Paulera). In continuity, the composition work derived from the two Transistor (Colorido and Transparente) in 2024.
In 2025 the album Hippie Pop Device is being composed.
