DEMOSTRATION

Use a common shallow ceramic plate

Filled with overnight soaked red lettuce .

 Add half glass of water.

Add salt and anise .

Use kichen material and one oven bag.

Set up the 

Diamond solar oven  

Place the oven bag with the material in the  Diamond Solar Oven.

Add the ceramic plate in the oven bag.

Cover the plate with a  shallow black pan  and wrap the oven bag and fix it in the special place on the oven. 

Let the sun heat to cook your meal for 2 hours. 

After 2 hours open the oven bag and take out the ceramic plate. 

Enjoy your meal.
