SuperMart – My Market Game

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SuperMart – My Market Game mobile game (“Game”), developed and published by Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer).
By installing or playing this Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not install or play the Game.
By accessing or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you:

If you disagree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please discontinue use.
You confirm that you are legally allowed to use this Game in your country and meet the minimum age requirements set by the app store.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your personal mobile devices.
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the Game’s source code
Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or exploit bugs
Copy or redistribute Game assets
Circumvent ads, purchases, or security mechanisms
Use the Game for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity
This license grants you access to gameplay features such as:
Store management and simulation mechanics
Unlockable stores (Toy, Grocery, Garments, Electronics, etc.)
Counters, gondolas, warehouse operations
Staff hiring (HR, Salesman, etc.)
In-game currency, upgrades, and limited-time discount events
Event-based or seasonal content (if available)
All assets — including store layouts, UI, sounds, animations, models, gameplay systems, and logic — remain the intellectual property of Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer).
The Game includes:
Store expansion and management systems
Customer-serving mechanics
Inventory restocking via truck system
Unlockable upgrades and automation features
Limited-time discounts and in-game events
You agree that:
Your gameplay data is stored locally on your device or via platform services (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games — if supported)
You will not manipulate in-game currency or progression systems
You will not attempt to exploit discount systems or limited-time offers
You will follow local laws while using the Game
We are not responsible for:
Loss of progress caused by device malfunction
Game issues on rooted or jailbroken devices
Problems caused by third-party tools or cheat applications
Crashes due to unsupported devices or OS versions
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases such as:
Ad-removal upgrade
Boost packs
Discount boosters
Special bundles or seasonal offers
All purchases are processed securely by:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Other supported marketplaces (if purchase APIs are available)

Does not store or access your payment information
Does not manage refunds (subject to store policies)
Is not responsible for billing errors or failed transactions
⚠️ On some platforms (Huawei AppGallery, Xiaomi GetApps, OPPO Store, Aptoide, Uptodown, RuStore), in-app purchases may not be supported.
The free version of the Game may display advertisements.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that:
Ads are delivered by third-party ad networks
We do not control the specific content of ads
Ads may appear between gameplay sessions
You may remove ads via in-app purchase (if supported)
Advertising networks cannot access:
Internal store data
In-game inventory details
Private phone files or contacts
You agree not to:
Interfere with game mechanics or future online features
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior
Modify in-app purchase flows
Use automated scripts or emulators to gain unfair advantages
Resell, redistribute, or modify the Game
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent access restriction.

You agree to follow Google Play Developer Program Policies.
Apple App Store

Huawei / Xiaomi / OPPO / RuStore
Certain premium features may be limited if billing services are unavailable.
Aptoide / Uptodown / Other Platforms
You agree to comply with marketplace distribution requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if:
You violate these Terms
You use cheats or unauthorized modifications
You manipulate in-app purchases or ads
Required by law or platform policies
Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Error-free gameplay
Compatibility with all devices
Continuous availability of features or events
Preservation of local progress during updates
Gameplay balance and features may change in future updates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer) is not liable for:
Loss of progress or saved data
Device incompatibility
Issues caused by third-party SDKs
Payment failures (handled by app stores)
Damages resulting from unauthorized modifications
Your only remedy if dissatisfied is to uninstall the Game.
We may modify these Terms at any time.

App store listing pages
Continued use of the Game indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
