Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app’s source code
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Use the app to transmit harmful or malicious content
All content, features, and functionality in our apps—including but not limited to text, graphics, UI design, icons, and software—are the property of Rainy Nadeem Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not use our branding, app design, or content without prior written permission.
Some apps may allow you to create, upload, or store content (such as PDF documents, signatures, or stamps).
You retain ownership of any content you create.
We do not claim any rights over your content and do not access, store, or share it unless you explicitly share it with us for support.
You are solely responsible for any content you create or share through the app.
Some features may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions via the App Store.
All billing is handled by Apple through your iTunes account.
Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed within the app before you make a purchase.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
We do not provide refunds for in-app purchases. Please refer to Apple’s refund policy for further assistance.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
That the app will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruption
That the app will meet your specific needs or expectations
That any data you store within the app will be protected against all loss or unauthorized access (though we take reasonable security precautions)
You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainy Nadeem Apps will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to:
Direct or indirect losses
Loss of data or content
Unauthorized access to your content
Device or system failure resulting from app usage
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted within the app or on the app store listing. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
