2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription plans to access premium brushes, templates, tutorials, or additional features.

All payments are processed through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions via: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
For billing inquiries or refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

3. Usage Restrictions

By using the App, you agree that you will:

Use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
Not copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the App or its content.
Not upload, share, or create any inappropriate, unlawful, or infringing material.
Not misuse AR features in unsafe ways (e.g., while walking, driving, or operating machinery).

4. Disclaimer

AR Drawing Paint and Sketch is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
AR features will function under all environmental or device conditions.
Any defects or issues will be fixed immediately.

We are not responsible for data loss, AR tracking inaccuracies, or interruptions caused by device compatibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any:

Loss of artwork, data, revenue, or business interruption.
Misuse of AR functionality resulting in unsafe or harmful behavior.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the App in any way.
