These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Screw Sort 3D: Nuts & Bolts mobile game (“Game”), developed and published by Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer).
By installing or playing this Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not install or play the Game.
By accessing or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you:
Accept and agree to these Terms, and
Accept and agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle data.
If you disagree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please discontinue use.
You confirm that you are legally allowed to use this Game in your country and meet the minimum age requirements set by the app store.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your personal mobile devices.
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the Game’s source code
Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or exploit bugs
Copy or redistribute Game assets
Circumvent ads, purchases, or security mechanisms
Use the Game for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity
This license grants you access to gameplay features such as:
Screw and bolt sorting levels
Tools, pins, boards, and puzzle interactions
In-game rewards, skins, and animations
Event-based or seasonal challenges (if available)
All assets — including puzzle designs, models, UI, sounds, animations, and game logic — remain the intellectual property of Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer).
The Game includes:
Sorting puzzles & mechanical challenges
Unlockable tools and rewards
Visual effects, animations, and sound effects
Optional boosters and quality-of-life features
You agree that:
Your gameplay data is stored locally or via platform services (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games — if supported)
You will not manipulate the leaderboard or gameplay logic
You will follow local laws while using the Game
We are not responsible for:
Loss of progress caused by device malfunction
Game issues on rooted/jailbroken devices
Problems caused by third-party tools, speed boosters, or cheat apps
Crashes due to unsupported devices or OS versions
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases such as:
Coin packs
Boosters and power-ups
Ad-removal upgrade (if supported)
Special bundles or seasonal offers
All purchases are processed securely by:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Other supported marketplaces (only if purchase APIs exist)
Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer):
Does not store or access your payment information
Does not manage refunds (subject to store rules)
Is not responsible for billing errors, failed transactions, or refunds, which are governed exclusively by the respective app store’s policies.
⚠️ On some stores (Huawei AppGallery, Xiaomi GetApps, OPPO Store, Aptoide), in-app purchases may not be supported, and premium features may remain locked until store support is available.
The free version of the Game may display ads.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that:
Ads are delivered by third-party ad networks
We do not control the content of ads
Ads may appear during or between levels
You can remove ads by purchasing an ad-free upgrade (where supported)
Ad networks cannot access internal game data such as screw positions, internal puzzle files, or private phone data.
You agree not to:
Interfere with game logic, servers, or future online features
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior
Attempt to modify in-app purchases
Use offensive content in usernames, reviews, or messages
Resell, rent, or modify the Game
Use emulators, scripts, or automated tools in ways that exploit gameplay or violate platform rules
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent access restriction.
Your use of the Game is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

How we use it
How we protect your data
Your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and platform policies
You can access the Privacy Policy on our website or store listings.
You agree to follow Google Play's Developer Program Policies and Terms of Service.
You agree to Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, including ATT permission requirements.
Certain premium features may not function if platform billing is not supported.
You agree to comply with the marketplace’s distribution and privacy declaration requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if:
You violate these Terms
You use cheats or unauthorized modifications
You attempt to manipulate purchases or ads
Required by applicable laws or platform policies
Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately. Termination may occur with or without prior notice.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Error-free or uninterrupted gameplay
Compatibility with every device or OS
Availability of events, rewards, or future content
Preservation of local game data during updates
Gameplay balancing, mechanics, and features may change with updates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer) is not liable for:
Loss of progress or saved data
Device incompatibility or crashes
Issues caused by ads or third-party SDKs
Payment failures (handled by app stores)
Damages from unauthorized modifications
Gameplay interruptions or feature changes
Your only remedy if dissatisfied is to uninstall the Game.
We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
