Terms of Use for Dream Path: Eggifest

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your use of the DreamPath mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed and operated by Eggifest Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Us. By using the Application, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1.2. If you are under the age of 13, you may use the Application only with the consent of your parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for all actions performed in the Application on behalf of the child.
1.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms and the contents of the Application periodically. The updated Terms take effect upon publication in the Application. Continued use of the Application after an update signifies your acceptance of the changes.

2. Data Processing and Privacy
2.1. We adhere to strict data protection standards in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws. Information about the Privacy Policy is provided in a separate section of the Application.
2.2. Personal data, including children's data, is used exclusively for the functionality of the Application and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
2.3. We have the right to store, process, and analyze anonymized data about a child's dreams submitted in the Application. Such information may be used for analytics, improving the Application’s functionality, and creating statistical reports.
2.4. Users have the right to request the deletion of their data, as well as access to the information collected about them. This can be done by contacting us at support@eggifest.com.
2.5. We use modern encryption technologies to protect data, including SSL/TLS for data transmission and database encryption.
2.6. The Application does not use children's data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Account Creation and Use
3.1. The Application offers two types of accounts: a family account and a child account. A family account is created by an adult user and allows for the management of all family members' data.
3.2. A child account is created under the supervision of an adult. Children can add dreams, but the roadmap approval remains under the adult’s control.
3.3. Adults can invite other family members via a unique link or QR code.
3.4. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized access.
3.5. If an account is deleted, all data, including dream history, will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except for anonymized data that may be used for analytics.

4. Dream Eggs and Participation in Events
4.1. The physical dream egg is a central element of the Dream Path: Eggifest project. Each egg has a unique number registered in the Application.
4.2. Users can upload photos of decorated eggs, which are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates these Terms or legal regulations.
4.3. An annual Dream Festival is held where eggs are collected into a large model and stored. Upon reaching adulthood, a child can request their egg back.
4.4. In case of loss of a physical egg, users can request a copy of the dream data stored in the Application.

5. User Rights and Responsibilities
5.1. Users agree to:

• Not use the Application for illegal purposes.

• Not upload prohibited or offensive content.

• Not disrupt the operation of the Application (e.g., using bots or hacking attacks).

• Respect the rights of other users.
  5.2. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and block access to the Application.
  5.3. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide in the Application.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights, including the design, functionality, and content of the Application, belong to Eggifest Ltd. You receive a limited right to use the Application for personal purposes.
6.2. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute parts of the Application without our written consent.
6.3. Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback provided by users may be used by us without any obligation for compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Application is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We are not liable for losses resulting from the use of the Application.
7.2. We do not guarantee that the Application will function uninterruptedly or be entirely error-free.
7.3. We are not responsible for users' actions, including uploading offensive content.

8. Termination of Use
8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application in case of a violation of these Terms.
8.2. You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the Application from your device.
8.3. Upon account deletion, you may request a copy of your dream data before it is permanently erased.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
9.2. We strive to resolve any disagreements through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
