These Terms govern your use of Crypto Trading Simulator (the "App"), operated by
Duetrack ("we," "us," "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the App.
1. Educational purpose — not financial advice
The App provides educational content, market commentary, and practice tools. Nothing in
the App is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to
buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your
own research and consider a licensed professional.
2. No real trading
Practice ("paper") trading is a simulation using virtual balances. No real money,
orders, or assets are ever involved, and simulated results do not represent real
performance. Screeners, signals, scanners, and scores are educational tools that flag
conditions — they are not trade calls or predictions.
3. Risk disclosure
Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose value rapidly. Past performance never
guarantees future results. Only you bear the risk of any real-world action you take.
4. Your identity
The App uses an anonymous per-install identifier — there is no login. You are
responsible for the device on which the App is installed.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
• Some features require an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is
charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any free
trial's unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription to that content.
• Practice "points" are a consumable, virtual item used only to refill your simulated
practice balance. Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or
withdrawn for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; refund
requests are handled by Apple.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain
unauthorized access to the service, and no using it for unlawful purposes or to abuse
the leaderboard or referral features.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its content, and its design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected
by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for
its intended educational purpose.
8. Third-party data
Market and other third-party data are provided "as is" and may be delayed or inaccurate.
We are not responsible for third-party data or services.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the
maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from
your use of the App, including any real-world decisions you make.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the App or any feature at any time. You may stop using
the App at any time and delete your data from Settings.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law
rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
Continued use means you accept the changes.
