Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Coloring Book & Paint Pages ("App") operated by MD UZZAL MIA ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Colorify: Tap to Color is a coloring and painting app that allows users to:

• Browse and search coloring pages from the internet

• Color and paint images using flood fill and brush tools

• Save, share, and export artwork in various formats

• Import photos from your device for coloring

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers the following purchase options:

• Weekly Subscription: $0.99/week (auto-renewable)

• Lifetime Purchase: $9.99 (one-time, permanent access)

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current subscription price.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime Purchase Terms:

• The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment.

• It grants permanent access to all premium features for the lifetime of the App.

• No further charges will be made after the initial purchase.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

3. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of MD UZZAL MIA.

• Coloring page images sourced through Bing Image Search are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party images.

• Artwork you create using the App belongs to you. You retain full ownership of your colored and painted creations.

4. User Content

• You are solely responsible for any content you create, save, share, or export using the App.

• You agree not to use the App to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

• We do not monitor, review, or store your artwork on our servers.

5. Image Search

• The App provides image search functionality powered by Microsoft Bing.

• Search results are provided by third-party sources and we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or appropriateness of search results.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any images found through the search feature complies with applicable copyright laws.

• Images are intended for personal, non-commercial coloring use only.

6. Analytics & Data Collection

• The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the user experience.

• Events tracked include: app launches, feature usage, painting actions, export actions, and subscription interactions.

• No personally identifiable information is collected or stored through analytics.

• You can limit analytics data collection through your device's privacy settings.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content

• Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

• Use automated tools or bots to access the App's features

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Accuracy or reliability of search results

• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD UZZAL MIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or artwork

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Device damage or malfunction

• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For distribution and payments — https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/

• RevenueCat: For subscription management — https://www.revenuecat.com/terms

• Firebase (Google): For anonymous analytics and crash reporting — https://firebase.google.com/terms

• Microsoft Bing: For image search — https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer, without regard to conflict of law principles.
