📜 QuickKirana – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to QuickKirana. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and smooth operations for our customers and delivery partners.

2. Service Coverage

• QuickKirana currently operates only within Parli Vaijnath.

• Orders placed outside this coverage area may be automatically cancelled.
  
  

3. Orders & Deliveries

• Customers can place orders via our WhatsApp-based service.

• Delivery times depend on product availability and shop timings.

• In case of delays due to weather, traffic, or other unavoidable issues, QuickKirana will inform the customer promptly.
  
  

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are set as per local shop rates and may vary.

• Final payable amount will be shared with the customer before confirming the order.

• Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Payment (UPI/Wallet).
  
  

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. Below are our policies:

• Before Order Confirmation:

  • Orders can be cancelled without any charges before confirmation.

• After Order Confirmation but Before Dispatch:

  • Full Refund of the total order amount may apply to cover handling costs.

• After Dispatch (Out for Delivery):

  • If cancelled, 80% refund will be provided (except in special cases where QuickKirana accepts responsibility).

• Wrong or Damaged Items:

  • If an item is delivered in damaged condition or the wrong product is sent, the customer is eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

• Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the customer’s original payment method.

6. Responsibilities of Customers

• Ensure correct delivery address and contact number are provided.

• Be available at the delivery location at the confirmed time.

• Treat delivery staff respectfully.

7. Responsibilities of QuickKirana

• Deliver items in good condition and within the promised time frame.

• Provide transparent pricing and billing.

• Handle refunds and cancellations as per the above policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• QuickKirana is a facilitator between customers and local shops. We are not directly manufacturing or producing the goods. Responsibility for product quality lies with the respective shop/vendor.

9. Changes to Terms

QuickKirana may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Customers will be informed of significant changes.
