1. About Skin Care Scanner

Skin Care Scanner is a mobile application that analyzes images of your skin and face using artificial intelligence to provide informational insights on skin health, including hydration, texture, elasticity, acne, wrinkles, dark spots, pores, and redness.

The app provides personalized skincare routines and product suggestions based on automated analysis.

The app does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

If you are under the legal age in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Image & Face Data Processing (User Consent)

By uploading images to Skin Care Scanner, you explicitly consent to the processing of facial and skin images for the purpose of automated skin analysis.

• Images are not sold or used for advertising

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Services

Skin Care Scanner uses artificial intelligence and may send uploaded images to third-party AI services (such as Azure Custom Vision or Google Vision API) strictly for image analysis.

These providers process data securely and only for the requested function.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect:

• Personal Data (name, email) to manage accounts

• Usage Data (app interactions, number of scans, device type) to improve performance

You agree not to:
