Welcome to Geometry Solver. By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Geometry Solver

Geometry Solver is a mobile application that analyzes images of geometry problems using artificial intelligence to provide step-by-step solutions, formulas, and explanations. The app provides educational content and problem-solving assistance based on automated AI analysis. The app does not replace professional tutoring or academic instruction. 2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are under the legal age in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may sign in with Apple or Google, providing personal information such as your name and email address. You may also use the app in Guest Mode with limited features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

4. Image Processing (User Consent)

By uploading images to Geometry Solver, you explicitly consent to the processing of geometry problem images for the purpose of automated problem solving. The app may process:

• Photos of geometry problems

• Handwritten or printed mathematical figures and equations

• Text descriptions of geometry problems

Important:

• Images are used only to perform geometry analysis and generate solutions

• Images are not sold or used for advertising

• Images are not stored permanently and are deleted after processing

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Services

Geometry Solver uses artificial intelligence and may send uploaded images to third-party AI services (such as OpenAI Vision API) strictly for problem analysis. These providers process data securely and only for the requested function.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Geometry Solver offers a limited number of free problem solutions. Once your free credits are used, a subscription is required for continued use. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect:

• Personal Data (name, email) to manage accounts

• Usage Data (app interactions, number of solutions, device type) to improve performance

• Geometry Problem Images temporarily to perform analysis

All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, processed, shared, and deleted.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app

• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

9. Educational Disclaimer

Geometry Solver provides educational and informational content only. The app:

• May generate solutions that contain errors

• Does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any solution

• Should not be used as the sole source for academic assessments

• Is not a substitute for professional tutoring or instruction

Always verify important calculations independently. Use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Inaccurate problem-solving results

• Misinterpretation of app solutions

• Decisions or academic consequences based on app recommendations

• Any damages or losses arising from use of the app

11. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, branding, and features in Geometry Solver are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Updates & Changes

We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be resolved in Spanish courts.
