Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WristJoy mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we," "us," or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features of the App, such as unlocking all watch games, are available through an in-app purchase ("Subscription").

- Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

- Subscriptions are managed by you through your Apple Account Settings.

- We may offer a limited number of trial plays for certain locked games for non-subscribed users.

Use of the App

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the App. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your use of the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer. The App is protected by copyright and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App.
