FitCoach is offered by DREAM AHEAD PTE. LTD. (“DREAM AHEAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the FitCoach mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using FitCoach, you agree to these Terms and the FitCoach Privacy Policy.
Fitness and Health Disclaimer
FitCoach provides general fitness and wellness guidance. It is not medical advice, medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or other health concern. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort.
AI summaries, coaching cues, and nutrition tips are generated for general fitness education. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition or to make medical or dietary decisions.
Acceptable Use
You may use FitCoach only for personal, non-commercial use and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access its systems without authorization, or use it in a way that could harm other users or our services.
Premium Subscriptions
FitCoach may offer auto-renewable Premium subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans. Premium may include access to the full movement library, AI workout summaries, and weekly AI recommendations. The price, billing period, available introductory offer, and included features are shown in the app before purchase and confirmed by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically and Apple charges your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If an eligible free trial is offered, it converts to the displayed paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store subscription settings for your Apple ID. FitCoach provides a Restore Purchases action for eligible prior purchases. Refund requests and payment disputes are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Device, Permissions, and Data
FitCoach requires a compatible device and may request optional access to the camera, Apple Health data, photo library, and notifications. You control system permissions in iOS Settings.

Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue FitCoach or a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or product reasons. We do not guarantee that the app, rep counts, form cues, workout results, or AI summaries will always be available, accurate, or suitable for your circumstances.
Intellectual Property
FitCoach, its software, designs, content, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to DREAM AHEAD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitCoach is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. DREAM AHEAD does not warrant that FitCoach will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for your particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Apple Terms
If you obtain FitCoach through Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and DREAM AHEAD, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for claims relating to FitCoach. Your use must also comply with applicable App Store terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FitCoach after updated Terms take effect means that you accept them.
