Terms of Service / End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to FertEase (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the FertEase mobile application and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using FertEase, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not:

• Copy or modify the App

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Distribute or resell the App without permission

2. Medical Disclaimer

FertEase is intended for informational and wellness purposes only.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare services.

Ovulation predictions, fertility analyses, and health-related advice are estimates only and do not constitute medical advice

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain fertures.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided

• All activities conducted under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of data and content you submit to the App, including:

• Cycle records

• Symptoms

• Notes

• Test results

By using the App, you grant us a limited right to process such content solely for providing and improving the services.

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and process information.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain fertures may require payment or subscription.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

• Refunds are subject to platform policies

You may manage subscriptions through your platform account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:

• Software

• Design

• Logos

• Graphics

• Content

remain the property of FertEase or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may:

• Modify features

• Suspend services

• Perform maintenance

• Discontinue parts of the App

without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FertEase shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Health-related decisions made using the App

• Service interruptions

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or misuse the services.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Upon termination, your rights under this Agreement will end immediately.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the service operator is registered, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
