Terms of Service — Bliss Menopause

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Bliss Menopause application ("Bliss", "App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Bliss Menopause is a women's wellness application designed to help users track symptoms, mood, energy levels, hormonal health, and menstrual cycle data during perimenopause and menopause. The App also provides AI-powered health insights through the Bliss Coach feature.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bliss. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
To use Bliss, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blissmenopause.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
5.1 Available Plans

5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store, subject to their respective billing policies.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
5.4 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
6. Health Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: Bliss Menopause is a wellness tracking tool and is not a medical device. The App and its AI-powered features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.
7. AI Health Coach
The Bliss Coach feature uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized wellness insights. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:
AI-generated responses are informational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information.
You use AI-generated insights at your own discretion and risk.
8. User Content
8.1 Your Data
Any health data, symptom logs, notes, or other content you enter into the App ("User Content") remains yours. You grant Bliss a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
8.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App to:
Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Impersonate any person or entity.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Bliss Menopause and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
10. Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bliss Menopause shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or financial loss.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bliss Menopause, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
