Welcome to Dansy AI. By downloading, accessing, or using the Dansy AI mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
1. About Dansy AI
Dansy AI is an AI-powered video generation application that allows users to create AI-generated videos using uploaded photos and templates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Content
When using the App, you may upload photos, images, or other content (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it
- The content does not violate laws or third-party rights
- The content does not contain illegal, abusive, hateful, or explicit material
You must not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
4. AI Video Generation
Dansy AI uses third-party AI services, including Kling AI API, to process uploaded photos and generate videos.
By using the App, you agree that your uploaded photos may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for video generation purposes.
We are not responsible for:
- AI-generated results
- Inaccurate or unexpected outputs
- Delays or failures caused by third-party AI services
5. Subscriptions and Credits
Certain features of the App may require:
- Paid subscriptions
- Credit purchases
- In-app purchases
All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
Credits and purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store provider’s policies.
6. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or other advertising partners.
We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or external websites linked through ads.
7. Notifications
The App may send local notifications related to video generation status, reminders, or app activity. You may disable notifications in your device settings.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Abuse AI generation systems

- Interfere with app functionality or servers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, design, logos, and software are owned by Dansy AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App without permission.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free service
- Specific AI generation results
- Compatibility with all devices
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dansy AI shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Generated content outcomes
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Subscription or purchase disputes handled by app stores
- Service interruptions or AI provider failures
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if users violate these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.
