Welcome to Empower (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Empower mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using Empower, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Empower provides users with access to motivational audio and video content, habit tracking, and related tools designed to help users grow personally and mentally.
These Terms apply to all users of the App and related services. Please read them carefully before using Empower.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Empower.
If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
To access certain features (e.g., subscriptions or progress tracking), you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If unauthorised access or suspicious activity occurs, please notify us immediately at empowerapp2025@gmail.com.
Empower offers monthly and yearly subscription plans that unlock premium content and features.
All payments and subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe (and Apple In-App Purchases on iOS).
By subscribing, you authorize Empower and Stripe/Apple to charge your selected payment method for the chosen plan.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions directly within the Empower App, your App Store/Play Store account, or by contacting empowerapp2025@gmail.com.
Refunds or billing inquiries are handled according to Stripe’s and Apple’s refund policies.
We may update subscription pricing or features from time to time; any such changes will be clearly communicated before renewal. Continued use of Empower after pricing updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Empower integrates trusted third-party technologies to provide secure and optimized experiences:
Stripe – Payment and subscription processing.
Apple In-App Purchase – Payment handling for iOS users.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) – Secure cloud hosting and storage.
Bunny CDN – Fast delivery of audio and video content.
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their actions or policies.
You are encouraged to review their respective terms and privacy policies.
All content within Empower — including videos, audio, text, graphics, source code, and design — is owned by Empower or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App or its content.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s code or systems.
Use the App or its content for any commercial or unlawful purpose.
Violation of this clause may result in suspension or legal action.
You agree not to:
Engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
Post, upload, or transmit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the App or its servers.
Impersonate other users or misuse personal data.
Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Empower provides motivational and educational content for personal growth.
It is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, or psychological guidance.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption or errors.
The content will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every user.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Empower, its affiliates, developers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain liabilities, so parts of this limitation may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Empower at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available in the App and on our website.
Your continued use of Empower after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
