These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications (“Apps”) provided by Hitesh Gondaliya (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Apps.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps.
If you are under 18, you may only use the Apps with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store guidelines.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Apps
Copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Apps without permission
Use the Apps for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
Our Apps provide tools such as:
Photo and video organization
Duplicate and similar file detection
Contact management
Metadata review and removal
Storage optimization
You are responsible for:
Reviewing items before deletion
Maintaining backups of your data
Any actions taken within the Apps
⚠️ Important: Deleted content may not be recoverable unless backed up.
All processing of photos, videos, and contacts occurs locally on your device.
We do not upload, store, or access your personal files on our servers.
Payments are handled by Apple via In-App Purchases
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Free trials (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple
The Apps may display advertisements from third-party networks.
Ads may be:
Contextual, or
Personalized (based on your consent and device settings)
If you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” tracking will be disabled in accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

All content, including code, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Hitesh Gondaliya (or its licensors) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use any part of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
The Apps may include links or integrations with third-party services.
We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of third-party services.
Use them at your own risk.
The Apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
Results (such as storage savings) will meet expectations
The Apps will always be available
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hitesh Gondaliya shall not be liable for:
Data loss or accidental deletion
Device issues or interruptions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Apps.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Apps at any time if:
These Terms are violated
Required by law
The Apps are discontinued
We may update these Terms periodically.
Any changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
