Privacy Policy for "Terms 2020 AI"

VLSOFT ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Terms 2020 AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, why it is used, how it is protected, and how you can delete your account and associated data.

1. Account and Sign-In

The App provides anonymous access to non-AI features. Before using the AI Consultant or making an in-app purchase, you must sign in with Google through Firebase Authentication.

When you sign in with Google, Firebase creates or uses an account identified by a unique Firebase user ID (UID). The Google account email may be used to identify the signed-in account and is displayed in the App in partially masked form.

The App does not request your Google password and does not receive or store your Google account password. Google Sign-In is provided by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Store

To provide account-based access, quotas, purchases, and restoration after reinstalling the App, we may store the following minimum information in Firebase services:

• Firebase user ID (UID);

• Google account email associated with the signed-in account;

• account plan and entitlement status;

• AI usage counters and quota dates;

• technical purchase-verification data, such as Google Play product identifiers and purchase tokens;

• technical information required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We do not store your Google password, payment card details, or billing credentials.

Your personally entered Gemini API key, if supported by your plan, is stored locally in encrypted application storage. It is removed when you explicitly delete your account and data or clear the App's local data.

3. AI Consultant Data

AI questions, prompts, follow-up messages, and generated answers are processed to provide the requested response. The App and its Firebase backend do not intentionally store AI prompts or generated answers in the user's account or database after processing.

AI requests may be transmitted securely to Google Gemini or other service providers used to operate the AI feature. Their processing is governed by the applicable provider terms and privacy policies. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information unless you accept the associated risks.

Do not include sensitive or confidential information in an AI request. This includes passwords, access codes, authentication tokens, payment or bank-card details, government identification numbers, phone numbers, email or postal addresses, precise location data, health or biometric information, trade secrets, confidential contracts, customer or supplier data, export-controlled information, or any other information that should not be disclosed to a third-party service.

You are responsible for reviewing the content of your requests and for not submitting information that you are not authorised to disclose.

VLSOFT is not responsible for disclosure or consequences resulting from information that a user voluntarily submits to the AI Consultant, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

AI-generated information is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, customs, logistics, or other professional advice and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information with a qualified professional before making decisions or entering into contracts.

.4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• authenticate users and maintain account access;

• enforce free and paid AI quotas;

• verify Google Play purchases and restore eligible access;

• synchronize account status after reinstalling the App;

• protect the service against abuse and unauthorized access;

• provide support, security, diagnostics, and service improvements.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Google Play Purchases

Paid features are purchased through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store payment card numbers, bank details, or Google Play billing credentials. Google processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.

Deleting your App account does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase. Purchases and refunds remain managed through Google Play.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The free version of the App may display advertising provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and other Google services may process device, advertising, diagnostic, and usage information according to their own policies and applicable consent choices.

The App may use the following third-party services:

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including Firebase Authentication, server-side authorization, encrypted local storage for user-provided API keys, HTTPS, and server-side purchase verification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Account data, quota counters, plan status, and purchase-verification records are retained while needed to provide the service and restore account access.

Clearing App data or uninstalling the App removes local data, but does not delete the server-side account or counters. Signing in again with the same Google account can restore the account data.

To permanently delete your account and associated server-side data, open Settings → Account and data → Delete account and data. This action deletes the Firebase account, usage counters, plan data, purchase links, and locally stored API key. It cannot be undone. Google Play purchase records remain managed by Google Play.

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or limited technical backups, subject to applicable law and provider retention policies.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

• use non-AI features anonymously;

• choose whether to use the AI Consultant or purchase paid features;

• control certain advertising choices through your device and Google settings;

• request access to or deletion of account data by contacting us;

• delete your account directly in the App as described above.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published at this location with a revised effective date.
