Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Plant Identifier - Plantech application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Description of Service

Plant Identifier - Plantech provides advanced tools for identifying plants and learning about plant species. Our service allows users to submit photos and images for analysis to determine plant species and provide detailed information about identified plants.

User Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features of our application require a subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and images you submit to our application. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to analyze and process your content to provide plant identification functionality.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit for analysis. You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to submitting content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

Identification Results

Our plant identification algorithms strive for accuracy, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases. The identification results should be considered as informational and not as definitive botanical classification. We recommend using our service as one of multiple tools in your plant identification process.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plant Identifier - Plantech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein • Any errors or inaccuracies in the identification or analysis results • Any decisions made or actions taken based on our identification results

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the terms by posting a notice on our website or in the application.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
