You agree that you will:

Be responsible for activity under your account
Not misuse the App or interfere with its operation
You agree not to use the App for activities including:
Harassment or abuse
Hate speech or harmful content
Fraud or impersonation
Illegal or deceptive activities
Distribution of malicious or inappropriate content
Violations of intellectual property or privacy rights
The App may allow you to upload, create, generate, edit, or share content, including videos, images, prompts, text, audio, and AI-generated materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by using Dream Labs, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for:
Operating the App
Improving functionality
Delivering requested AI features
Maintaining and supporting the Service
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or generate using the App.
You agree not to upload or create content that:
Violates laws or regulations
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
Invades privacy
Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material
Dream Labs uses artificial intelligence systems to generate images, videos, effects, and other media based on user-provided prompts and inputs.
By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated outputs are created based on your instructions and prompts.
You are fully responsible for how generated content is used, shared, published, modified, or distributed.
You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and intellectual property rights.
We are not responsible for misuse of generated content, including but not limited to:
Copyright violations
Defamation
Impersonation
Privacy violations
Illegal or harmful activities
Misleading or deceptive use
You agree not to use Dream Labs or its generated content for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unethical purposes.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Labs and its developers from claims, damages, liabilities, or legal disputes resulting from your use of the App or generated content.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, branding, interface design, graphics, logos, and related technology, remain the property of Dream Labs or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Modify or create derivative works
Reverse engineer or extract source code
Sell, lease, or sublicense any portion of the App
We may temporarily suspend or interrupt access to the App for:
Maintenance
System upgrades
Security improvements
Technical issues
We also reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate parts of the Service at any time where permitted by law.
If the Service is permanently discontinued, we may provide reasonable opportunities for users to retrieve personal data where applicable.
Certain features of Dream Labs may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Applicable fees and taxes may apply
Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play
Subscription fees may change in the future with reasonable notice
Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or platform policies
To maintain platform stability, fair access, and server performance, we may modify usage limits related to:

AI video generation
Rendering duration
Daily generation quotas
Storage availability
Limits may change at any time based on system capacity, technical requirements, or service demand.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time if:
You violate these Terms
Your activity creates legal or security risks
We are required to do so by law
Upon termination:
Your right to use the App immediately ends
We may delete accounts, generated content, or related data where permitted
Dream Labs is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Non-infringement
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Labs and its developers shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Data loss
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dream Labs, its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through the appropriate courts within the applicable jurisdiction.
