Responses may not always be accurate or reliable
The app should not be used for medical, legal, or financial advice
AI responses are generated automatically and do not represent human professionals
You are responsible for the content you input into the app
You retain ownership of your content
By using the app, you grant us permission to process your content to provide AI responses

Payments are processed via Apple App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings
All purchases are handled by Apple
Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies
We do not directly process payments or refunds
All app content, branding, and features (excluding user input) belong to PrimeChat and are protected by applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
The app is misused

We are not responsible for:
Any inaccuracies in AI responses
Any damages resulting from use of the app
