These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Speedometer GPS: Speed Meter ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Speedometer GPS: Speed Meter provides GPS-based speed measurement and related travel features.
The App is intended for informational and personal use. Speed measurements are estimates based on GPS and device capabilities and should not be considered professionally certified measurements.
You are responsible for using the App safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Do not interact with or operate the App while driving if doing so would distract you or violate local laws.
Always keep your attention on the road and follow applicable traffic and safety regulations.
The App should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for navigation, driving, racing, emergency situations, or any safety-critical activity.
GPS speed measurements may vary depending on GPS signal strength, device hardware, environmental conditions, movement, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that speed, distance, location, trip, or other measurements provided by the App will always be accurate or available.
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's applicable payment terms.
If the App offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Requests for refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.
The App, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit the App without permission.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the App for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
