Welcome to Speedo Meter. By downloading, accessing, or using our application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
Speedo Meter provides features such as GPS-based speed measurement, compass direction, and weather information.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The App is intended for informational and personal use only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional navigation or safety devices.
You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use is compatible with the App.
You must not use the App while driving in a manner that creates distractions or violates traffic laws.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the App’s source code.
The App requires the following permissions for core functionality:
Location Access – to calculate speed, direction, and provide weather information.
Internet Access – to fetch live weather data.
Disabling these permissions may limit the App’s features.
Speedo Meter offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Yearly Plan: $34.99
Monthly Plan: $7.99
Weekly Plan: $3.99
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payments are charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s App Store Account Settings.
Payments for used or unused subscription periods are non-refundable, except where required by law.
The free version of Speedo Meter may display third-party advertisements.
You acknowledge that:
Ads are delivered through trusted ad networks.
Ad content is not controlled by Speedo Meter.
Upgrading to a subscription plan may remove ads (if applicable, depending on your app features).
All content, features, graphics, and code within the App are the exclusive property of Speedo Meter and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
Speedo Meter does not guarantee:
Accuracy of speed or direction readings
Accuracy of weather information
Continuous or error-free operation
Use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speedo Meter is not responsible for:
Any injuries or damages resulting from improper use of the App
Inaccurate speed or weather readings
Any loss of data or technical issues
You agree that your use of the App is solely at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
