1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Use of License & App Features
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use this app for personal or professional networking purposes (such as creating digital business cards, writing custom links, or scanning compatible tags).
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
- Hardware Compliance: You understand that full app functionality requires compatible hardware (NFC-enabled iPhone devices and compatible NFC tags such as NTAG213/215/216 or NDEF-formatted tags).
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use the app to write malicious links, unauthorized credentials, or any content that violates local, state, or international laws onto NFC tags.
- Tag Locking Caution: The app provides advanced utilities including the permanent locking of NFC tags ("Lock NFC Tag"). You acknowledge that this action is irreversible, and we are not responsible for any permanently locked hardware or lost utility of your tags.
4. Intellectual Property
The application, its original design, user interface, brand logos, and source code are the exclusive property of [Your Studio/Company Name] and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Subscriptions, Lifetime Purchases & Refund Policy
- Billing: Premium features are billed via Apple In-App Purchases at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Refunds: All financial transactions and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not have the technical ability or authority to process refunds, cancel subscriptions, or modify purchases directly. To request a refund, please visit Apple's official portal at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app, including but not limited to compatibility issues with specific NFC hardware or data loss in your local history manager.
7. Standard Apple EULA Alignment
By using this Application, you also agree to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, the stricter provision protective of the Application’s proprietary rights shall govern.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
