Welcome to KD Dairy App. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KD Dairy mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

KD Dairy is a dairy business management application designed to help:

• Milk vendors

• Dairy owners

manage milk collection records, billing, reports, and customer/farmer data digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or

• Use the App under supervision of a parent or legal guardian

By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and correct information

• Use the App only for lawful dairy business purposes

• Maintain confidentiality of your business and customer data

• Ensure compliance with local laws, dairy regulations, and tax rules

You are solely responsible for all data entered into the App.

4. Data Accuracy & Billing

• Milk quantity, FAT, SNF, rates, and payment calculations are generated based on the data entered by you

• We are not responsible for incorrect bills or reports caused by wrong inputs

• You must verify data before sharing bills or reports with customers or farmers

5. Offline Usage

• The App supports offline data entry

• Data may sync automatically when internet is available

• You are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring device safety

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App

• Use the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through the App

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including:

• App design

• Logo

• Text, graphics, and software

is owned by KD Dairy or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business use.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate or interact with third-party services such as:

• WhatsApp (for sharing bills)

• PDF viewers

• Printer services

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for business losses, profit loss, data loss, or errors

• Use of the App is at your own risk

• The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the App

• Restrict usage if Terms are violated

You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Subscriptions

• Some features may require a paid subscription.

• Subscription terms (length, price, renewal) are displayed in the app.

• Payment processing is handled via secure third-party providers. We do not store sensitive payment information.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in the app or through their app store account.

12. Updates & Modifications

• We may update the App or these Terms from time to time

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
