The App may offer premium subscription features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees according to the plan you select:

Monthly: $8.99
Yearly: $39.99
Payment & Renewal:
Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described therein.
The App may access your device’s GPS to geotag photos if you enable this feature.
Device and usage information may be collected for analytics and improving the App.
Locally stored data, including photos and GPS tags, remain on your device unless you share or back it up manually.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or secure.
You use the App at your own risk, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
